Terms & Disclosure
Referral service — not a contractor
Knoxville Drainage Connect is an independent referral and lead-generation service. We are not a drainage contractor and do not perform construction or repair work. Any service provider you choose to hire is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing, estimates, workmanship and warranties.
Requests
Submitting a request through this site is free and does not obligate you to hire anyone. Requests are reviewed so that, when a suitable independent local professional is available, we can help make the connection. We do not guarantee that a professional will be available for your request.
No guarantees
- We do not guarantee the availability of any service provider.
- We do not provide quotes, and we do not guarantee pricing or estimates.
- We do not guarantee project outcomes.
- We do not guarantee the performance, workmanship, or responsiveness of any provider.
Any pricing, timeline, warranty, or scope discussion is entirely between you and the independent professional you choose to hire.
Independent businesses
Service providers you may be connected with are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing, estimates, workmanship, and warranties. We do not supervise, employ, or manage them, and any contract for work is solely between you and that business. We encourage you to verify licensing, insurance, and references before hiring anyone.
Emergencies
This is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate safety emergency — flooding that threatens people, a gas or electrical hazard, or a sewer backup — contact the appropriate emergency or utility service first.
Limitation of liability
Knoxville Drainage Connect provides a referral service only and is not responsible for the conduct, work, pricing, or outcomes of any independent service provider, or for any decision you make to hire one.
